"Red Panda"- a Chineese Communist female with a Panda thing going on. Seems like a job for Iron Man or Cap!

"Bad Trip"- A Count Vertigo-esque powered hipster that could induce halluciations! Complete with fringe vest and goofy haircut. Far out!

"The Fat Cat"- ultra rich businessman/politician looking to knock down housing projects and build banks! His ultimate crime: paving Paradise Island and putting up a parking lot!

"Soul Sister"- Doc Strange's new enemy, a ghetto girl who gains the mysterious power of some whacked out soul gem or something!

Any others?

Was there a villain called "The Man"?

I don't know about "the man", but there was a Mr. Big in Spidey.

Spidey actually had a few classics: "Rocket Racer", "The Big Wheele", etc.

Keep 'em comin!

Arrow Smith (evil bow guy)

Mungo Jerry (kind of a Poor Man's Grundy)

The Rolling Bones (a group of VooDoo Priests bent on doing evil stuff)

KC and The Sun<shine>-Eaters (no description necessary)

ELO (The Evil Latvarian Ooglers, they spread evil just by looking at people)

Belle Bottom (French beauty with a really tight behind. Think of a siren (femme fatale) type, bent on evil. Dream Girl's nemesis. Ooooh, think of that cat fight. Meow.)

Pet Rock (he just sits there, ya know, all evil like)

The Clackers (make up your own description)

Similar to Cobie's "Red Panda", there could have been a "Red Scare", poliboro member by day, super evil baddie behind the scenes.

"Zulu Zombie King" would have made a great nemesis for Black Panther;

"Afro-Deity" would also have been a good one.

The Rolling Bones! That's Lois Lane quality!

I could easily have seen Zulu Zombie King fighting T'Challa during Kirby's 70's run.

How dangerous could a panda-themed villain be, really?

But how about Ping Pong, the Chinese villain dedicated to ruining U.S./China relations?

If there was a Gibbon, a Kangeroo and others, a Panda is natural for the Swingin' Seventies!

Ping Pong is also an excellent communist addition to the rogues gallery!

And how about "The Turban"! This Middle East religious nut and machine gun toting maniac has his sights set on Cap, Iron Man and all that's good about the good ol' US of A. I can see his power being some kind of mind-control.

I dunno. While obviously characters who wear turbans have mind control powers, I think it would be more appropriate if The Turban wore actual Muslim headwear, but with the really anachronistic name.

If you want to talk about offensively-caricatured Asian villains, I think "Egg Fu" has already got all of yours beat.

"The Gelatinous Cuban" - you old D&D players will get this one.

"Paul Maul" - chainsmoking slasher.

"Lysergico" - guess.
