That art was recently on sale on eBay and was advertised as a Legionnaires spinoff cover. Perhaps it never saw print.

Maybe if we had a bit bigger scan I could help UB but it just doesn't ring a bell to me. I've gone through all the Legion covers and the books in 94 that had pin-ups and this image doesn't appear anywhere, cover or interior. It must be unpublished or else it was mis-represented as being Legion related.

The girl in front looks like she might be Luornu?
And the guy on the right side kinda has a ultra boy-esque emblem on his chest...

hmmm what abot Justice Legion from the Millionth issue series? or Wanderers _ I remember seeing a different Wanderers in the DC sample Focus before they were re-designed for their own series?

I skimmed through the One Million issues and didn't see anything similar. And the Wanderers was like six years before this cover was supposedly done. 1988 I think.

I went to the EBay recently and found that it was dated 1994 - legionnaires spinoff - I wonder if anyone can contact David A Williams to find out the information or stop by his booth at any comics convention?
