How about the next DC Weekly series getting based soley on the "Legion Of Super-Heroes" franchise and spearheaded by Jim Shooter???

I'd buy it!

Shooter seems to work well in advance and could probably handle 52 issues of workload.

Plus, it would put the spotlight on the Legion and make it into a huge hit is deserves to be!

What do you guys think???

Any other ideas for a 4th weekly series??

The weekly series really seem to have suffered from the scheduling. I'm not sure I'd want to see a hastily-written series.

I'd go for a weekly series that filled in some backstory between issues, so that it wouldn't be a long, drawn out weekly saga - and it wouldn't be esssential to follow what was going on in the monthly comic. It could also delve into the characters in more detail - such as Mystery Lad's idea to show us each of the legionnaires' rooms, or what their families/home planets.

My idea:

No weekly LSH series-- too risky. However, we LSH fans should be fairly dependable for a BIweekly series.

And to ENSURE we pick it up? Heck, just fill that CREDITS box up with ALL-FORMER LSH creators!

If they aren't under exclusive to Marvel or passed away (God rest their souls), get 'em to work.

I want Shooter, Giffen, Levitz, Grell, Lightle, Moy, the Bierbaums... EVERYone who can! Let 'em go ape and tell the stories they wanted to tell but never got around to! Let's get this party started, ya'll.
