Captain Frake is right, I don't own any of the original Reflecto/Ultra Boy with amnesia stories.
I do have two issues featuring Charma,
and I have the issue featuring Myron Marks and his pigeons.

It's a good question. Everyone will have come in at different points. Earlier issues are presumably harder to get. You may really not like certain boots - Threeboot or Glorithverse.
Let's see... Charam appeared postboot and Myron Marks appeared in Adventure Comics.
I'll go with Celeste Rockfish and Monica Sade from the 5YG

Nope, I have issues where both appeared.
Boy, Monica Sade sure is bad-ass. I think she could have been a Legionnaire if she wasn't shown to be willing to kill.
Celeste made quite an impression on me in the issues I own where she appeared too. She was pretty powerful.

Nope, I have the issue where Cham romanced Janice Warren. She's quite beautiful isn't she? And if she is the counterpart of Princess Elwinda... wow, some people sure are lucky. Rich and beautiful in TWO universes?
I also have the one and only (I think) appearance of Iresa. She seemed quite nice, I wonder how many dates she and Chuck had?

Absorbancy Boy was a trick choice - I have issues where Earth-Man appeared, and since he used to be Absorbancy Boy I am counting them as the same character. I have an issue where Harmonia Li appeared as well.

I have issues where both Douglas Nolan (who appeared as early as the Adventure Era, and also Postboot) and Green Boy appeared. Try again!

I have some issues from the early Threeboot, where Theena is featured heavily. I have at least one issue featuring UP Militia student Stun. I have the issue where Green Boy appeared, Quis. I do not, however, own any issue where Policy Pam appeared. So that's the 2nd character guessed.

I have issues featuring Gas Girl as well. She always was a cool character, though there was one time Postboot where she was depicted as a bald girl with gassy hair - that look didn't work so well for me.
