Yup. In the episode "Emperor Joker," while watching Batman battle the Ten-Eyed-Man, to be helpful, Batmite magicks up his copy of WHO'S WHO IN THE DC UNIVERSE #23 to quote from the entry on the villain. The wraparound cover from 1987 is faithfully reproduced, depicting Tharok (among other DCU characters) and Legionnaires Tellus and Timber Wolf.
