I was only considering the 3 times when the clubhouse was so obliterated that they got a new one. Beardguy got 2 of them, and Jesse the third. Since Beardguy got 2 of them, I'll give it to him.

Ok, name all the Legionaires who died during the Adventure era.

Ferro Lad and Triplicate Girl (one body) are the stay-deads. Lightning Lad was killed, but later revived.
All Legionnaires, save for Superboy, were killed in the story against the Mask Man/Doll Man and later revived.
Star Boy was once placed in a death-like coma but later revived thanks to Mon-el escorting his body around a star for several days.
If we work with the Adult Legion story, Shadow Lass and Chemical King are shown to eventually die alongside Quantum Queen and Power Boy.

DING DING DING DING DING!!!!
We have a winner!!!!
Jesse Future is correct!!!
I was only looking for One of Triplicate Girls' Three bodies and Ferro Lad, and yes, Mask man did kill the Legion save for superboy, and then there are the Heroes on the infamous cover of the Adult Legion saga, and Lightning Lad DID indeed die and come back. ( Truly, Garth is the son of God? )
Ok, Jesse, it's your turn to ask a question. : )

The Mask Man's victims were actually every Legionnaire except Superboy, Supergirl, and Star Boy (who was still on extended leave).

EDE, that's true, but I was only looking for the ones who died and stayed dead.
Everything else was just dust on the ol' crypt.

Ooh, good point. I always assumed Star Boy was in that story with Phantom Girl, Matter-Eater Lad, and the other 'underused' Legionnaires at the time who were quickly written off as their shuttle was pelted by meteors...which leads me to wonder, if Thom wasn't there, why there'd be like four Legionnaires in one vessel and 12 in the other which survived. Oh well.
Okay, new two-part question. First, name the one Legionnaire who wasn't a part of Violet's Emerald Legion, yet we later got to see their Emerald counterpart in another tale anyway. Second, which issue did this Emerald So-and-so exclusively appear in?
Hint: It's not Apparition.

Korbal's got the issue reference, but the wrong Legionnaire! Gim was in there, but not as one of the Emerald Legion. It should be easy to deduce who from there.
Next one's definitely yours though, Korbal. I thought the issue reference would be the thing that threw people off.

Chaim is correct, as always!
Emerald Andromeda showed up in a panel (as well as Emerald Spark, Kinetix, & one or two others) helping Emerald Vi (who was Saturn Girl at the time, oddly enough) overtake several of the Sovereign Seven on the astral plane. Gim was there in Imra's astral reliving of Emerald Vi's experiences, but was shown only as a Legionnaire and then a rotting corpse.
Still Korbal's show, for recalling the crossover.

Everyone knows Mark Waid's Legion work as an editor and writer--but what are his artistic Legion credits?

During Ayla's absence from the team, a raving Mekt went searching for her at Legion HQ. Phantom Girl went to intercept him, phased through a blast, but ended up accidentallty letting which Legionnaire behind PG take the blow meant for her?

Egads! I wish I had the issue in front of me. I was thinking of Shadow Lass, but Dawnstar sounds accurate too. In fact, the more I think about it, the more I wonder if it was Timber Wolf or Dawnstar who avoided the blast instead of Tinya. Oy, my mind!
Well, since I can't positively confirm or deny the answer, I'll give it to Marla since I was ill-prepared. Can Chaim or anyone else clarify who evaded and got hit for me?

I'm willing to hold off until someone can confirm... you've got me doubting my own memory now.
