Correct, this theme song was used in the 60s when the WWOD moved to NBC from the black and white ABC, spurring a immediate spike in RCA's sales of colour sets.

Well the site I got it from listed it as "This is it (Bugs Bunny, Overture)" I think the show had several names, so I'm willing to accept just Bugs Bunny.
