You are very much correct! This was in Legionnaires 51, after Mysa was deaged fighting Mordru. Kinetix confronted her about the tattoo on her face; Kinetix was given one when Mysa repowered her. Thankfully, Kinetix's tattoo didn't denote a blood relationship with Mordru, unlike Mysa's. I'm doing a slow reread of the Reboot too  Over to you, Nate Lad!
