Several months ago now, I found an issue of The Legion offered signed on e-bay and bought it, paying immediately through paypal. But I still haven't got the product, and he won't respond to e-mails. Since he has a 100% positive feedback record, it seems odd... maybe something's going on that I don't know about? Is he dead or something? Is this not legit? I also noticed he hasn't put anything up on ebay since, and his website hasn't updated in a while. I'm hesitant to give bad feedback, but it's been since November! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2206926954 to see the auction...

He last posted here January 17th. I see in the auction listing that both Chip and Chris Batista were supposed to sign the comic you won... maybe he's waiting for Chris to sign? At any rate, the silent treatment is very unprofessional. He should have responded to you by now. I'd leave negative feedback; you can always post a follow-up comment if he ever follows through. And have you contacted PayPal about getting your money refunded?

PS-- he has an AIM ID listed in his profile... maybe you could try contacting him that way.

Thanks for the response. I think I'll try that, although the time is running out for me to go on and leave the negative feedback (which it seems like he's earned, but since he hasn't even given me positive feedback for payment, I'm hesitant to do...)

Hey guys, I don't know exactly when, but Chip and his wife are moving to from New York City to the buckle of the Bible belt. That might explain his lack of contact. I used to speak to Chip almost daily but I haven't heard from him in awhile. I just figured he'd pop back into touch when he was able. Chip is a stand-up uy and I can't see him burning anyone intentionally. Something else else serious must be going on. I'll give him a call and see what's up.

Thank you, Tom... I hate to assume the worst about anyone, but Chip's been especially gracious when we've interacted with him here. It'd definitely be cool if you're able to get ahold of him.

Thank you very much! I really didn't think it likely that he'd just plain not send it, especially seeing how he's a professional. That's why I've been holding off so long on leaving feedback, and why I'm asking here for help. If I can even get news that there's a reason for no response, it's enough to satisfy me. I didn't want to post this in 'his' section either, since I don't want to be overly hostile or accusing. It's just bewildered me.

Hey! I'm here, just in a bit of transition right now. Yes those signed books are quite late, its a matter of getting Batista boy to sign them. If you want, drop me an e-mail and we can discuss resolving the matter in the way best suited to you BTW what happened to my forum???

Thanks for the update, Mr. Wallace. (Can I call you Mr. Wallace?) I wish I knew why you couldn't respond to any of my e-mails, but I'm glad to know that the books are okay, and I can wait.

Thanks for the update. Glad to hear from you.
There are very few personal problems that cannot be solved by a suitable application of high explosives.
