Comic book news site and message boards abound with stories and rumors regarding Jim Shooter returning to DC comics. Could he be coming back to the title he first worked on at the age of 14?

What does it all mean?!

Discuss. smile

Lots of rumors of his "last" Legion story. I've seen many people here excited about it. I am as well. But I think his Legion fans may not like what he may do.

Shooter wrote the Legion stories very young. Later on after becoming EIC at Marvel he actually did some of the first superhero deconstruction stuff (before Alan Moore I believe) with Hank Pym. And I loved it. Shooter can do tragedy.

Which makes me wonder is his "last" story a tragedy? Is it going to be fun/exciting or pathos/dark? I prefer the pathos personally. smile

not "last" as in the END of LSH; just his onle last go at the characters, based on what he's said previosuly.

there was a thread a week or two ago that had info/hints of JS working on a Legion project. Between that and the Levitz comments, I'm expecting an All-Star book.

He was a 14 year old boy, how hard can this be to figure out? If the last story is a "tragedy," that means Cos doesn't get to touch the boobies.
