Cute. It reminds me of Little Lulu story that I have stuck in my mind from childhood. The comic book is long gone. Halloween got it's name because a historical version of Tubby went around giving people hotdogs on October 31. He greeted everyone by saying, "Hello, Weenie?" -- which eventually got translated as Halloween.

Aw, Little Lulu. She starred in a few Golden Books when I was a kid, and I have some old Kleenex Tissue ads from the 1950s that feature her as well. But no actual comics.

In the past few days' efforts to eat more fruit and vegetables, I've discovered for the first time the tastes of jicama, kumquats, tomatillos, and Sugar Belles.

every few months, I take a boxcutter blade and shave a huge callous off the bottom of my foot. It's created by pressure and missing meat from an accident. First time my wife saw me do it, she screamed.

The gift for the fourth day of Christmas is not four "calling birds", as is usually sung, but four colly birds (i.e., blackbirds).

On Legion World, I'm generally called "Rocky", but on another site where I use the name "Rockhopper", I'm called "Rock".

Plus he says he will be doing a porn movie

Snarked a fat-bashing article over on the website for one of our local weak-tea hipster rags a couple of days ago. Not something I normally have the energy for, but what pushed me over the edge was this bozo's assertion that Pop Chips™ are some kind of food innovation. For those not in the know, trust me: I tried those damn things once and they're neither.

I went to kindergarten with Mitt Romney's eldest son. I haven't seen or heard from him since we were five.
