Socially Awkward Penguin sounds like a good name for Rocky's shy, silent younger brother whom we've only heard spoken of in hushed whispers, and who never takes Rocky's invite to hang out with the rest of us

I actually don't have a brother. I have three older sisters. In LMB continuity, Rocky has one sister, Adelie, of whom the Earth-4 double is Rockhopper Lass.

Maybe his cousin. He could be Makarona's younger brother.

Well, you're not really socially awkward.

Anyway, come to think of it, many of the situations described by that meme aren't necessarily examples where a person is him/herself socially awkward. Rather, they're simply situations that are inherently awkward, without regard to the social skills/comfort of the persons involved.
