Just a quick note to let you all know that the Villa is still in one piece, having withstood two days of battering by rain and wind from the recalcitrant tropical storm known as Fay. Today is by far the worst of the three so far and we're expecting Fay to turn and come straight back across the state. They're predicting another 10 or more inches of rain today & tonight!  Giddie Up Fay! Can't wait for you to be a distant memory!

That sucks Vee Still, glad to know you're alright and the Villa is too. I was worried about you FL LWers. Perhaps its time for the Festive Five to have a "Party while Fay Rages" Party

My parents live just south of Orlando. They've had a lot of rain, but they're doing fine.

I'm in SC and we've been getting outer bands the last several days. No real flooding or anything--just wet and gloomy, gloomy, GLOOMY!
