Lash: Thanks dad!, I'm not going anywhere anytime soon. But what are you doing lollygagging around here, get back to reeling in my new papa. (Kinda assuming I get to be a ringbearer.)
X-0: Shucks! Apparently not everyone thinks I'm so reasonable, but good to know you think I'm presenting well here!
As far as future milestones, I don't think I'll ever reach 10,000, but I'll probably manage another 100 before the inevitable and hopefully temporary disappearance.

The great thing about hundredth posts, as opposed to wedding stuff, is that the former doesn't cost you rental money or require you to dye a brand-new pair of shoes.

I wonder if people are confusing me with Midnight Son? I saw his screen name and thought it was a clever alternative to lad-boy-kid so I came up with Shining Son. Okay, now this is weird, after writing that I went to check how long ago Midnight Son's last post was, and the directory shows no evidence of him at all.

Midnight Son is an old acquaintance of those of us who have been around these parts forever (AKA "Whining WIldly Boy", iirc, as part of his LMB persona). He is in fact one of the few LMB I have met in person. He told me over on Facebook that he is getting back into the LSH with the Sept. relaunch so maybe he will pop over for a visit then.
