Yay! I'm me again!! The crossover is out and the Legion-we-knew are Lost again. I don't know what the official positions of the board adminiatrators are but I've decided it was time to "navigate" back through whatever that funky-colored-special-effect was and see if I can locate Britonopolis and LMBP-HQ !!
Anybody wanna hold hands?

PCG - Post #1 Forged in the heat of fiscal warfare The Primary Color Gang raided Savings and Loans and Rare Antique Auction houses at will. No locks, no traps, no rent-a-cop, no security system, no high bidder could stop them. Together the Fabbo Four built an overnight empire of antique boutiques throughout the UP. Within their first year in business all four of the original PCG were featured on the cover of Supervillian Weekly. Fame and fortune and all they ever wanted was at their fingertips. All was well.. no.. all was fabulous. Champaign dreams on a caviar budget...until the day Dream Girl went shopping. Once "outed" by the Legionnaires the criminal activities of the Color Gang soon went public. Their stock plummeted and their financial backers suddenly decided there were bertter financial opportunities and focused their attentions on the Wanderers. Faced with ruinous legal fees the Primary Color Gang opted to drop their luvrative advertising contracts, sell off their their Silverale knockoff manufacturing facilities and disappear from public view. They vowed vengance on the Legion. One of these days... -a little more tomorrow too-

PCG - Post #2 the Yellow Kid PERSONAL DATAAlter Ego: Bill Randolph Occupation: Entreprenureal spirit Marital Status: Single Known Relatives: from the Kattzenjammers to Kon-el we're all related Group Affiliation: Primary Color Gang and the Legion of Message Board Posters First Appearance: ADVENTURE COMICS #247 (shadowy figure in the background) Base of Operations: Britonopolis, Earth Height: 5'6" Weight: 140 lbs. Eyes: green Hair: none HISTORY Billy Randolph was born a pro-war activist during a heated exchange of colonial ideologies. YK quickly grew to be a champion of the little man, a rabble rouser and devout capitalist long before it was popular. He toured Cuba on horseback and he flew wingman for Captain Eddie. Later he fought side by side with immortal Golden Age greats like Woozy Winks back in "the Big One". He kicked commie butts with Dan Garret andh and later attended the funeral of the Flash. Even Superman once said, "Who is this guy?" High praise indeed from big blue. A long and colorful career ended suddenly early in the 21st century when a freak shaving accident caused a wierd rainbow special effect portal to open and he was drawn into the Invisible Latte Zone where he was stranded for weeks and weeks. The Yellow Kid was eventually freed from the Latte Zone when Brainiac 5 used part of the Computo program while creating aa iced Latte machine for a Space Rawk Sock Hop at the Legion Rocketship during one of his psychotic breaks. To quote Lightning Lad, "If Computo pops out I'm going to fry Brainy's hide" Freed from the Zone the Legion soon came to value him as a comrade and invited the Kid to join the club. POWERS & WEAPONS Stronger than the obvious truth, faster than a seedy rumor, able to leap logic boundries in a single step. As a publicity specialist, popular opinion, politics and media buzz are all affected by YK's super yellow journalism powers. Yk can also super-spin at the speed of light.

PCG - Post#4
Red Rascal- Alas, Roy was killed during his first mission with the team. He died heroically sacrificing his life for the team in a freak shaving accident.
Red Rage-
The powerhouse bad boy turned mellow. He was all the rage in Kalvin Klink's underwear adds until he was disfigured in a freak shaving accident and turned his considerable charm to evil. An extremely strong youngman but not particularly bright, Red Rage became the embodiment of intolerance and verbal destruction. His power was feared in government circles and celebrated in the media. "Rage Smash!", his first studio CD filled with illegal lyrics and politically incorrect inferences broke industry records and assured 'the Rager' a place in pop history and on posters in post offices across the UP.
Blue Cheese Lad-
Edward changed the focus of the Gang with his llighthearted take on crime. He masterminded such classic plots as The Venturian Walking Money Walkathon, The Interplanetary Circus Roustabout's Union Retirement Fund scandal and he didn't even pay royalties on Fatal Five Pez dispensers. He walked a little on the wild side.
BCL retired before the End of An Era and now owns and operates a small pastry shop in Britonopolis.
Blue Boy- Protege to Triple-G, BB has yet to make his mark on the interplanetary scene in the theater of superheroics. He's poised and confident in his sleek new Superhero outfit complete with cape, easily accassable weapons pouch and boots that adjust to a number of supervillian accessories and shticks. All rounded and ready for action BB shows us the new look for the fall this year in the UP.
**pics to follow** (when I make some, that is)

My name is Dan, I'll be 34 is just two days, and I live in Newburgh, NY. Right now I work in a deli but I'm trying to get a job in a bank. (Not too exciting, but it's better than what I've got.)
My favorite characters are Ayla, Cos, and Brainy, and my favorite creator was Paul Levitz. I also enjoyed Laurel Gand from the TMK era. My first Legion book S/LSH (don't know the number off-hand) was when I was 6 or 7. I didn't read regularly until I was about 12, but I've been hooked ever since.
I like reading, usually sci-fi, but also novels. I enjoy writing, but I'm extremely private about it. I like to hike and go camping, as well as play tennis (even though I'm not very good at it). Oh, and icefire's post reminds me that I really like rollercoasters - which is thanks to an ex who forced me to go to Six Flags.

NamePaul Newell Age37 Where you liveAustralia What you doFreelance animator/illustrator Legion info (favorite characters, creators, stories, eras; when you started reading; etc.)No big favourites, I love the Legion as a whole. Started reading back in the mid seventies. Here in Australia we used to get these B&W bumper reprint comics and I loved reading the Legion ones...You would get a mix of Adventure era stories with Cockrum & Grell ones. First actual colour issue I bought was part 4 of Earthwar. I then bought Legion on and off until V4 started, that was when I got serious. Gradually, I built my collection back to Superboy #172 and have the Adventure/Action stories in the Archives. Other things you like (movies, books, music, etc.)big James Bond fan, both books and movies. Terry Pratchett, Raymond E. Feist, Agatha Christie, Kinky Friedman, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter and all styles of music are some of the things I'm into.

Helllo all. I'm new here (obviously).
Name's Jeff. I'm from the Lancaster, PA area (no I'm not Amish). 25 years old. Not really sure what I am professionally - I went to art school for illustration, spent some time in a design studio and realized it didn't fit. I'm about to embark on a totally different venture, which I'm excited about, but nervous to talk of for fear of jinxing it until its official (Calamity King - stay away).
I've been reading my Dad's Legion comics since I was a kid, but really became a die-hard fan with Legionnaires #1 (Chris Sprouce rocks!), which was the first book in my box when I got one at my LCS (God, was I really 13?). Since, I've tracked down almost every Legion comic since '75, and a lot predating that.
Favorite Legionnares are easily Matter-Eater Lad & Bouncing Boy, with the SUBS being close behind. But I really dig them all, especially the weird, quarky ones.
Other intersets include drawing, music, movies, good food and wine, reading and the outdoors (camping or the beach).
Ok, I feel a little too narcassistic now, so I'm done talking aobut myself for a good long while.
-j.
