This is a void, it is desolate of life. It is unique to many and beyond the reach of all but a few. Avalonians have long used this desolate and hidden dimensional hole for a challenge amongst their own that is quite brutal. When their young has completed they formal studies of magic at a young age, they are abandoned here for over an Earth year to see if they can use thier knowledge to survive.

It is not an empty void, challenges of times pasts have remanents here. Nothing truly living, as that is wiped out so that the next youngling will not have an advantage. But formations, even buildings still exist.

Merging out of starlight and shadow, Luna appears in the void. She is next to an old pillar with a moon crescent upon it. She touches the crescent and remembers when she put it there.

I find it hard to believe that I created this temple when I came here at the mortal age of 20...the year is now 3009...can it truly be so long ago...and yet my time here was so brief, yet it feels so familar, so alone...so cold.

She sits, hoping that those of mystic powers join her or find refuge of their own, she focuses on her allies...hoping that they shall be fine.

<The feelings guide her thru the trackless void. MysticLuna stands next to rhe remnants of a temple and the trackless void seems to echo the emphatic power of Candle.>

Luna, we need to talk... to plan...

(MysticLuna feels the warmth and beauty of Candle's empathic message, she takes it in...but then discards it)

If I continue on this emotional path, I might as well have been born a mortal...my kind has always been such a stern lot. Many of the denizens have never experienced that. I love my sisters, my family, but these people give it away to strangers, I am not so sure that I would be wise in doing the same.

Well, I suppose you are sight for sore eyes. I wish our gathering could be one of remembering times past...but something is not right in Legion World.

Zardi and his infernal castle present a problem, as even though you and I have much power, magic seems to be the downfall.

This void is like a blank page, if you are strong enough, you can write on it. But those of great power can see it for other uses. I believe here we can find some answers.

It is dangerous, but...perhaps here, we can astral project safely into the past. We may be able to discover the secrets of our latest guest.

But I believe two sets of eyes would be best, I would...welcome your aide, if you are willing?

<Stares in Awe at the Giant Shapes as they emerge from the gateway.>

Luna we must go back to the Castle!

If he had the last of the Dragons imprisoned there may be other... darker... things there also...

If Candle Frees them...

Dragons are not kittens to rescue from a tree...

I hope Candle realizes the implications of what has transpired here.

(Luna sits back and listens to the women talk, she waits for Candle to leave.)

This is not place for these beasts. They will die here, they haven't the skill to create in the void.

Pagan Lass, if the creatures of the dark that have long been thought lost are freed due to Candle's mission, then many shall die. There are creatures long forgotten that can only be defeated by means of magic, and I do not know if even you or I can handle all of them.

Considering what has happened at your last encounter at Castle, I shall remain here for now. As for the beasts, I am no babysitter. If they need nourishment, let them seek they're savior. And if she does not answer let nature take it's course and they can perish from starvation.

I came here to stop Zardi and I intend to do so.

An intersting way to travel. I shall have to thank Candle for that trick, and a few other things, someday.

<Removes his hat and begins pulling out various magical artifacts.>

Dragons are very territorial. And old Brightbody Blackheart probably believes that he was the first dragon to see this place. So in his mind it belongs to him.

No matter where Candle took them, he'll find his way back here. And when he does, he and his tribe will be mine, again!

(Luna spies on Zardi, she turns away from the view and weaves a small spell, the space around her and selected spots fizzle)

That shall take care of any traces of Pagan Lass being here, he shall not be able to track her down through arrival and departure in the void.

(Luna travels down, she lands on a floating rock above Zardi's head)

(Luna thought she could avoid confrontation, but alas...)

This place was hidden to, but I see you have stumbled accross it. I'm sorry your pets have been taken from you.

(She lowers herself down to him and stares him the eyes.)

It seems I can avoid you no further.

We have much in common. You seek to protect your sisters in hidden Avalon while I seek to protect all magical beings, wherever they may be.

The difference is in the scale of what we seek to accomplish, not in what we seek to do.

Now I see why Barley acted the way he did. You are Luna, youngest and most chaotic of the wierd sisters, and yet possibly the most powerful.

<His hand moves in a small circle and the doorway opens>

Chaotic, youngest? I don't understand. I am the oldest, aren't I? I am fate, not fury like Seline, why would he call me chaotic, I am the one with the most discipline out of my sister...I think

(Luna seems so confused, her eyes filled with a dazed look, she looks to the portal, and then her eyes focus)

(Fabrics of the void engulf Luna and begins to whisps her away)

Perhaps I will join you at the castle, Elder, but not at the moment.

(she fades away)

<A small self satisfied smile appears on Zardi's face.>

She will join me far sooner than she thinks. Her very nature makes it inevitable.

And then the questions will be answered.

<He steps thru the doorway and closes it after him.>

<A flame erupts in the center of a mystic circle and a Fire Sprite, Char DeLume, yawns and stretches.>

Lousy, stinking, lizards returned much faster than the master thought they would... hardly enough time for a decent nap.

<It approaches a particular spot in the circle and kneels down to examine a single rune.>

He'll be notified when I break the circle... Unless I... Yes...

<It follows a thread around a quarter of the circle.>

The sending rune is... there!

<A bolt of flame obliterates a rune before it can perform it's intended function. The circle is broken and Char DeLume is free in the void.>

Now for the dragons...

Not exactly... it just looks that way...

It's actually Twitting. Fairie Twittering. On the eathernet. He has over 100 followers, none of whom are Zardi.

And a couple of them herd Dragonflies...

I believe it is time to send official emmissaries to this new Dragon Realm.
