S Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 9,056	Lasagna is surprisingly easy to make, even for kitchen-adjacent folk like myself that usually don't eat anything that can't be prepared in 2 minutes or less. Just don't bother with the no-boil pasta. It might look like a time-saver, but it's chewy and tasteless! Making your own has the added benefit of being able to use a better sauce (meatier!), and add more meat and cheese and whatever else you want to it (like mushrooms and slabs of eggplant, for instance). Wrapped Around Your Finger now complete in BITS!
