#1) How do people like Hawk & Dove on JLUnlimited? Especially considering it's Hank & Don.
#2) I didn't realize until the Teen Titans Outsiders Secret Files #2 that the 'new' Dove in Teen Titans is Dawn Granger. Is it just me, or did the "new" Dove seem A LOT younger than Dawn?

Yeah that threw me when she appeared fighting Dr. Light. In the pages of JSA, Dawn Granger was comatose having given birth to the reincarnated Hector Hall.
She wakes up, fights Mordru and goes off in search of a new Hawk. Two years later there's two teenage girls Hawk and Dove in Teen Titans.

1. I've only seen one JLU episode with Hawk and Dove in it (the one versus Ares) and while the episode itself wasn't all that, I very much appreciated the fact that it was Hank and Don under the masks. I've grown to like Dawn but Don is one of my fave Teen Titans and I think the idea of sibling rivalry, rather than just two friends or whatever it was Hank and Dawn were, is what makes Hawk and Dove a unique and interesting concept. Its for this reason that I have no problem with the new Hawk being Dawn's never-before-mentioned-until-now sister Holly. It brings back the sibling conflict idea.
2. I think it was just the artist's interpretation. There's certainly been no 'in-story' reason given why Dawn would be any younger, though a lot of Titans have been de-aged lately so maybe its catching.

There's definitely a de-age thingie going on with DC.
I for one don't mind. Whatever it takes to keep the characters I love around, I'm down with it.
I haven't seen any Hawk and Dove JLU eps, though... gotta get the DVD set one of these days.

How the heck did that happen, TL? Who impregnated Dawn in the first place? And I thought Sue Richards's pregnancy with her supposedly-deceased kid, Valeria, was the ultimate of mind-bogglers...

Hank Hall (Monarch/Extant, formally Hawk) impregnated Dawn.

Yeah and don't argue with the timeline of that. Magics of Chaos and Order were involved.

I liked Hawk and Dove/ Hank/Dawn. I thought the series they had back in the day was truly awsome. I know when it was revealed that Hank was Monarch who killed Dawn, I got ticked. I am glad she is back..(Thanks Geoff) I do find it interesting that Hawk is a female. Talk about your Birds of Prey.
Looking for Earth Prime.
