How would the Legion look if influenced by Green Lantern?

Here's some costume designs to consider:

Superboy-a variation of the Alan Scott uniform

Lightning Lad-Keep the Dave Cockrum design uniform but adopt the Kyle Rayner colors

Tyroc-How would he look in the animated John Stewart uniform?

Cosmic Boy-Wearing an amalgam of his and Hal Jordan's uniform!

If someone were to do something like this, I'd imagine it would like something like... this:

I'd love to see one of our talented artists showing Dawnstar (it'd contrast interestingly with her skin) or Mon-el in green with a Lantern motif.

You know... at first I really like this idea, but then I got to thinking that it reminds me a lot of the "Emerald Legion" arc a decade or so back.

Well, that shows how little of the first reboot I've read, as I forgot all about it.

Even though I have a print of Emerald Vi inscribed to me by its artist, Jeff Moy!

Dawny wasn't part of that milieu, though. The Lanterns' green against "red" skin ... would still like to see it.

Well I started making it and couldn't stop. I used the Kyle Rayner insignia and then a bit of Garth's costume.

Tyroc in John Stewart's JLU costume. This guys SHOULD be related IMO. And the Legion should have some GL stuff in it as well.

Make Tyroc the the GL of the team? Or Rond Vidar I care not! Speaking of GL Vidar I have a few micros of him on deck.

The Giffen Rond Vidar. I always loved that costume. Then just a more traditional GL costume but with Rond's colors. The last is my idea if Kitson introduced Rond as a GL in the current series.

The Green Lantern of Titan!

The sexy seventies Saturn Girl as a GL. And then the more motherly eighties costume as a GL.

I thought the simple all black one fits Brainy. Then the Rond Vidar costume with black instead of white I thought would look cool on Brainy. Finally a traditional GL uni.

How powerful would Brainy be with a ring? He would make the ring do things not even the Guardian would think possible.

I had a bunch of ideas but Dawny is hard to make so I didn't have the energy. I might get back to her. (i miss Dawny)

Dawny looks great, as they all do, U.J. I like seeing variations on a theme like this, and to a more concrete purpose than, say, Emerald Vi's vanity from being possessed by the Eye.

I miss Dawny too, needless to say, especially with her having had another birthday yesterday ...

When you think about it, Brainy in green is kind of creepy. It's like a caucasian person wearing a flesh-colored bodysuit.

Ultra Boy. He DID go by the codename Green Dragon once. It seems to fit this version.

I did two Phantom Girls for fun. I like the 2nd one better. It's using Kitson's costume.

I thought Cham's costume would be a natural for a GL.

I've always wondered what the deal with the Green Lanterns is in the 30th/31st Century. That whole thing seems bloody confusing t'me.

Thanks Mekanix! I agree the GL mythos would fit easily into Legion continuity. Infact, the Flash mythos, Thanagar mythos, and GL mythos all fit in better than the Superman mythos. But they continue to shoe horn in the S people! fan boys!
