The Issue is out today.

I re-read the Issue last night(my second reading). Paul and I was discussing and I asked him what he thought of that Projectra was LL sister. I came to the same conclusion as did he. When I read it I thought LL was talking about Alya when talking to Brin Londo about dating his sister and that when he tells LL about Projectra that Brin is now interested in her.

I hope anyone doesn't mind about me posting the Brin Londo considering the Issue is out today. I thought that some of you would like to see it.

YES! Brin is one of my favorites if not my favorite. He's got a wolf logo and an attitude. Dressed cool with a trenchcoat. Brin IS cool.

Glad he looks human. yes I've complained that everyone is white and human but the werewolf look is so overdone and generic these days.

Thanks Barry! We all know he tried to get Brin in there. To balance this coolness Waid might stick Tenzil or Bouncing Boy but it might be a price I'd pay for Brin!

disaster appears to be the speedster mentioned by others...I think they haven't named her yet. A future Legion member? Is everyone fair in teh future? geez.

I'm pretty sure that's Brin sitting next to Projectra in issue #1 and Barry has placed her next to him on the cover of #5...Maybe they're already dating?

btw, love LL lightning glow and trail.

I am confused about who is related to whom and who is dating whom. Should we reboot again? doh!

I am going to have to read it to make sense of the hear say.

Shady mentioned that Jo had accidentally burnt her bed.

How did he get close enough to her bed to burn it? Are we entitled to draw the obvious conclusion?

Being in my parents house here in the US, i've got my copy earlier this day and i can tell you that's great not having to wait for mine while reading you all here talking about it.

For what i've seen until now, it's another great issue with new characters, new things revealed.

There is a lot of information in this one.

The art is still great with Barry on board, and the story too as i've already said it above.

Good work Mark and Barry! Keep it up!

There DOES seem to be alot of bed hopping going on at Legion HQ...

So, Brin dated and "dumped" by LL's sister. Then when he "ports" out, he gives his regards to Projectra. There's been a message that suggests LL and Projectra are siblings this time around. Couldn't Brin have dated "the sister" and now be interested in Projectra?

You're right, Princess Crujectra, there's a lot of hormones raging around Legion HQ.

I enjoyed Toling4rd's "I half-guarantee" line. Won't do for an S.P. to get imprecise, even when he's ranting! So the Science Police are a private organization, and "generations"-old...wonder if they're descended from L.E.G.I.O.N. or another c21 police agency?

I'll be mildly upset if we don't see XS anymore, but I can deal. Her links to the c21 DCU are pretty tenuous anyway now that Impulse and Flash are Geoff Johns' territory.

Digging on Saturn Girl's anti-ice-queen hairdo, and her use of mass emotional control...not just the mind-shutdown the reboot version relied on over and over and over.

And I really like Brin. Nowhere near Daxamite strength levels anymore, but a hint of enhanced senses...and no overdone wolfishness. He makes a lot of sense as a lone operative. I wouldn't be surprised if he and Ultra Boy have some friction, as two all-around powerhouses...but then Jo has friction with pretty much everybody.

Nice to see Jo's tough exterior crack in front of Shady, incidentally. He may be willing to fight anything or anybody, but like Triplicate Girl said, he's terrified of ending up on his own. And his fear of Brainy...justified? Or just a street kid's distrust of someone who's got a knowledge/IQ edge on him?

Brin is my favorite Legionnaire, and I'm really glad we didn't have to wait to long to see his "return". It's going to be really interesting to see who LL's sister is in this incarnation...I hope it's still Ayla. I never would have paired Brin and Jeckie in ANY incarnation of the LSH. This version of the Legion is turning out to be a Legion lovers paradise. There is so much characterization to "play"...especially with the pending introduction of so many more characters.

hmmm still someone mentioned that Mark Waid is a a master of misdirection and it is possible that the blonde speedster could be Jenni Ognats with a new appearance like Star Boy's changing to a black guy. Who knows? Will we find out soon or later? I am somehow intrigued! Especially Lone Wolf - does he has a stealth power or just stay in darkness?

Anyone else shocked that Garth is from Trom this time round?

well not shocked...was surprised....I wonder why not Korbal instead of Trom? What does Mark have something up in his sleeve?

Wow, could we be seeing one of the Tornado Twins in this Legion? It would totally rock if they got to live long enough to be heroes this time around.

I like the Brin (lone wolf) dude. Lots of attitude, good powers (strength, enhanced senses) and unlike Ultra Boy, he seems more... competent. I don't see Ultra Boy silently stalking the bad guys back to their base like lone wolf.

Ultra boy- hum, don't know what to think about his unstable powers. maybe its just mono. And how will Karate kid help him?

Saturn Girl. Like her abilities. And somehow it just makes sense that if she is that powerful a telepath, why bother with actually talking.


Lighting lad- dude, I don't care how hot she is; no way would I date a telepath. Sorry, some stuff most be kept secret.

The villains: well, it looks they is an anti-legion huh? but come on Terror Firma. A team name that is a lame pun, kinda takes away some the fear. Still they are badass.

lemnos. Any relation to a certain SP leader, and invisible boy?
