Thanks again to everyone.

The costume isn't quite right here - I have to admit I hate trying this without seeing a good final version, because I hate to get the colors wrong.

hy Joe,
I'd like to start making photomanip but I have not idea how! I use photoshop.
can you tell me something about it. the selection of the body is a bit hard and long, then I suppose that I have to use a filter (plastic wrap) and change colors and ...?

Hey Luca - I'll tell you what I can.

I use a sort of crappy old software called Microsoft Image Composer. I think I'm probably the only one who does.

But basically it's cutting out the body and head, taking cuts of that and altering them - changing color, smudge effects...

I know there's much talk of layers, which I suppose is what the various "cut outs" are - but that's not the language used in Image Composer.

Wish I could say more, but I'm just self taught and don't really know the names for the tools or processes.

yes joe! and thank you! I tried to do some photomanip and it is not easy!
I use photoshop where every single element is called layer! so If you select the boby you can copy it to work on it without the other parts of the original picture!
I'll continue to try...eheh ..a good start is to find good pictures without many colors and many elements, a good posed body, simple hair and a blank background!!!

when I'll have a good work I'll send you it!!! LOL
