You can go alphabetically to find them. There's Andromeda, Brainiac 5, Invisible Kid, Apparition, Live Wire, and more.
If there are any from the M company I don't know. But if you see any from that company don't post a link in relation to the name of that company bc they shut down fansites. They have people who search for mentions of the M company name so they can threaten people with lawsuits and make them shut down. Yet another reason why I am boycotting them.
The skins on this page are strictly not for profit. No copyright infringement is intended. It's only for people who like the characters and want to use them in their game. Why any company would want to squelch fan-made tributes to characters is beyond me.
Honestly some of the skins are cool looking enough that it makes me want to check out the comics that some of the characters I don't know about are in.

Funny you should mention Sims, I just got my first Sims game (Double Deluxe.) I've been thinking about making some Legion related skins. No promises, though.

Oh! Almost forgot, I found a really great head for Jo here . It's on page six of the male heads section.

Sometimes the game is reflecting the Legion a little too well. Imra keeps getting between Jo and Tinya, and I can't get Vi and Zoe in the same room long enough to talk.

At least the game seems to agree with my theory about Vi and Brin. They're getting along great.

Where did you get the buff bodies from? or are they the standard ones that come with the game?

This isn't where I got my buff bodies (I got them so long ago, I have no idea where), but Simjocks has some ranging from college athlete to steroid alert.
