Legion World Forums LEGION OUTPOST Bits o' Legionnaire Business Flag Pictures?

Hey all,

I want to make a couple Legion of Superheroes flags as costume props for upcoming conventions. Does anyone have any reference pictures of Legion flags? We're making costumes based on the 5YL series, but I wanted to look at flags for all eras of the Legion.

I'm also looking for a flag for the planet Daxam, but I've not been able to locate one, if one exists at all. My girlfriend and I are also doing Lar and Laural Costumes and I wanted to make a Daxam flag to go along with those.

If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to see them!

We're going to San Diego Comic Con and we're going to Dragon*Con.

We're doing two sets of costumes, as I mentioned:

1) 5YL Superman & Demon Damsel: I love the look of the 5YL Uniforms, but we didn't want to do any of the established characters. So, my "Superman" is the 31st Century Decentant of Kal-El, Jay-El (my real initials). And Demon Damsel was a character that appeared in like 2 panels in Kingdom Come, we took the idea and made a Legion Costume for her.

2) Lar & Laurel Gand: We wanted to do an alternative version of these costumes. We're making them look more military (again, based on the cargo style of the 5YL costumes), but are *definitely* recognizable as Lar and Laurel.

I'll definitely post pictures once they're all done!
