Of course, I was just noticing that Shady and Caroline have almost the exact same face. I guess being "surprised" will do that for you. Thank goodness for different hairstyles and earrings!

Okay, so this was a little more ambitious than I normally do. I've been working on this for about two weeks now, although the actual drawing only started about 4 days ago. This image features characters that I have drawn in the past, most of which I designed the outfits for (with the exception of maybe Kid Marvel and Shadowplay in Candlelight, I think). Now, if I didn't get your character in there, it was not meant as a personal slight... I was just running out of room and getting tired



Plus, there is a larger image available for viewing (or coloring ).

Wow, your stuff are incredibly wonderful pieces of work... they're practically oozing fun and love for the characters and the different wild ideas and stories you can put them in. It really helps that the linework is so clean; no distractions from the power point! Mo' powuh, Ms. Perez... uh, Spellbinder!

Even when I used to color my own stuff, I always tried to keep my inks clean, and tried to introduce shading through the coloring. Big areas of black I will do through ink, but other shadows just looked better to me when done using shades of color

BTW, I dunno why but the link to the "larger image" of all the LMBers leads me to the same image as the "smaller" one...

I want to keep this thread on page one, so I guess I gotta keep drawing

Anyhoo, I've tried drawing this one several times, but I could never seem to be happy with the positioning. I was having trouble wrapping my mind around, well, someone wrapping their arms around someone else. I was using a magazine pic for reference, and for some reason translating real people to comic people was just not working for me.

In the end, I modified the pose a little, and that seems to have fixed the problem for me.

And yes, that is a new outfit for me Not necessarily a new costume, but I have a huge closet, so...

I can see what your aiming for Cru.

When I look at this one i get this huge sense of love and affection between the two of you. This is a really happy picture.

Cobalt looks all "leading man" ish. Whilst you are just full of joy. (plus I am always a sucker for the short skirt look)

Cobie and Crujectra are definitely old friends, and they do share love (which seems to pass back and forth between romance and friendship). I think Crujectra probably sees Cobie more clearly than any other woman besides Space Tart, and because of that I think she understands him better than most.
