A Legion of their OwnSynopsis: During World War VII, with much of the superhero population in the trenches, the first all-women’s superteam is formed and funded by RJ Brande. Imra Ardeen and Ayla Ranzz are sisters-in-law recruited to keep the United Planets safe. Their teammates range from a former Naltorian dancer to an Imskian with a secret and a Carggite who can’t make up her minds. Far from AntaresWhat lies beneath the surface? What hides behind the walls? What imprisons desires of the heart?Synopsis: Retired from the Legion of Super Heroes, the Ranzzes are the very picture of Winathian family life. Their daily existence is characterized by carefully observed family etiquette, social events, and an overall desire to succeed. Imra is the perfect Titanian wife: controlled, orderly, producing healthy children and running a successful business. Then one night she surprises her husband Garth is really a Protean who has secretly inhabited a Winathian body for decades, and her tidy world starts spinning out of control. In her confusion and grief, she finds consolation in the friendship of their former team mate, James Cullen. Despite Imra and Garth’s struggle to keep their marriage afloat, the reality of his identity as a Protean and her feelings for James open a painful, if more honest, chapter in their lives. Notable quote: “You're all-humanoid to me Garth! All-humanoid...”

Meet the Shadow AncestorsSynopsis: Mon-El is head over heels in love with his girlfriend Tasmia, and is ready to pop the big question, but he realizes the key to her hand in marriage lies with her shadow ancestors. A trip to Talok VII for her cousin Grev's wedding to Lady Memory seems just the right occasion for Greg to ask Pam to be his wife. But from the time of his arrival at the family's picturesque cave, everything that could go wrong does. No one is good enough for the planetary protector, and Mon’s efforts to win over the shadow ancestors result in a series of disasters, from spilling ancestor Lydea Mallor’s ashes to a hilarious faux pas involving the ceremonially severed pinky finger of the Lady Memory. Notable quote: “My shadow has nipples, Mon. Could you milk my shadow?”

And lastly...this one isn't a movie, though I'm sure they appear on Legion movie soundtracks. The hot band of the 2980's - Durlan Durlan.
