It was reported that orders for issue #4 of Legion of Super-Heroes are higher than those for #3, while those were larger than the orders for #2.

Looks like we've got a hit here.

This is kind-of reminding me of past hits ike All-New X-Men and New Teen Titans and Levitz/Giffen. Those early issues were swell, and it just seemed like every issue that followed was better than the previous. I mean, remember how awesome X-Men 94-97 were? And then came X-Men 98-100, and you were all, "good GAWD, can this get any MORE awesome?!?!" And then you were kicked in the nuts by X-Men 101-108, The Juggernaut, Phoenix vs. Firelord, the Imperial Guard. "IT DID GET MORE AWESOME!!" I reread those books until they were literally falling apart.

I felt that way about LSH # 2, it was so much better than # 1. I can't imagine # 3 topping it but I sure hope it does. I want that "can this get any MORE awesome?" feeling again.

This is great news! I also liked #2 better than #1, so I'm looking forward to the next issue. I would so love it if this version of the Legion really takes off and succeeds! It's the feeling I got from it based on the preview and comments from Barry Kitson. I always miss "my" Legion but I think I could learn to love this one.
