My current pet belief is that the girl with the triangle on her chest is Atom Girl. Which also makes me wonder if she and Shrinking Violet are going to turn out to be two different people.

Who says she's a good guy? If the snake thing is Projectra then her chasing the triangle chick only makes sense if she's a bad guy, right?

You're probably right. But, that's less fun to speculate about.

Great cover. Instead of that usual villains on one side heroes on the other...this has some serious depth to it! I like action. and Brin Londo!

I love the way Saturn Girl looks like it's just "a walk in the Park". U go gurl!

I still say the snake is Reep and he's chasing who they think is a baddie but it will turn out to be Shikari.

The covers really do keep getting better and better don't they? I'm not normally a fan of slugfests but I'm really looking forward to the Legion vs Terror Firma fight.

Whew, for a minute I thought it might be Chuck Taine -- Bouncing Boa, which could only lead to the inevitable appearance of Mongoose-El.

Possibly. The inverted triangle emblem could represent triangulation, which in navigational terms refers to plotting a course (i.e. path). On the other hand, the chick has no wings, which were a pretty important part of Shikari's identity.

My other thought is that it's Quantum Queen, and the triangle represents a prism (as in a prism of light). I was just reminded of her thanks to NC's Wanderers' thread, which includes later depictions of her with pale skin and white hair.

Guys...Earth-C ain't comin' back. Let it go. "Our" funny-animal heroes are gone. Suck it up.

it really has some depth, you can look at it countless times and still discover a new thing everytime.

i am really looking forward to see it with the colors.

I'm pretty sure that we've already seen Atom Girl -- in silhouette. On some of the "roll call" pages, there's an outline of a spikey-haired female that has never been identified (because she's never appeared).

So you think we're going to get Shikari instead of Dawnstar again?

Not necessarily. I know that Shikari is trapped in this universe (at least it appeared that way in the Titans/Legion special). She has to show sooner or later. And the coloring looked, to me, more like her. But maybe they've drastically changed the way someone from Imsk would look.

That's possible Scott. I mean, Imsk is not so special, what with the "Bottled Planet of Colu" out there too... maybe they don't look human anymore.

That means Vi might be 3booted into the Silhouette on the roll call pge in number 8!
