My thoughts would be that it was Silver Slasher and not Blok that defected from the Legion of Super-Assasins (or maybe some other villain group). But she'd still have a chip on her shoulder about losing her humanity.

I already picked one but, since we seem to be stalled, I'll go again. (Eryk can always veto my suggestion):
INSECT QUEEN. This is the original IQ, Lana Lang, from the 20th century. Only she can transform herself into any insect form at will, without the aid of an alien ring. Her limitation is that she can only use each insect form once per 24-hour period.
She was brought into the future accidently, by Glorith's time manipulation abilities and, after, aiding the Legion, became a member. She travels back and forth through time in a customized time bubble.

Dawney just never understood Drake anyway.

Thanks for this board. I found the link at the DC LSH (I really, really dislike the new DC Boards, btw).
I suggest Chemical King as the newest member.
His LSH career was too short, and too tragic.
