You have a picture of what you're talking about? I don't have Legion Lost. I like the image I used for my avatar. Another favorite is sort of a poster from the #6 annual where Brainy is looking at Andromeda walk by. luv, -Su

My scanner (actually Sonnie's scanner) doesn't work terribly well so we'll have to hope someone else can post it Su, it's a real beauty though. And I don't have annual #6 so maybe someone could post that too. Ever hopeful

Gary, just so you know, I now have about 90% of the Legion's entire run (1958 to present) on my PC. With the help of the program SoM pointed out and my own scanned copies if its Legion, I got it. I'm still tracking down some Adventure, Action and Superboy issues but am missing less than 50 books.

Y'know, in the above pic of Andy's ass -- I mean of Brainy -- if you ignore Lyle's headband, it almost looks like the top of his skull is popping off...

Maybe I have a couple or three. I'm getting down to about a half dozen needed Legion appearances to consider myself a "complete run"... Email me or PM me a list, and maybe I can help.

Oh, and on topic, one of my favorite Brainy scenes is the panel in which they hand over control of the universe to him so he'll defeat Omega in S/LSH #251 and he begins to think about his first actions while in office. He's loopy as a hula-hoop, but its a memorable scene.

Y'know, considering how ... beefy Andromeda is, maybe that's why Brainy was drawn to her - he was able to express his attraction for someone masculine yet not have to admit the truth to himself? Since Andy was female he could stay in denial. (I can believe Colu as being socially backwards compared to the rest of the UP, so that homosexuality is still frowned upon)

That was cool wasn't it? Who was the artist, you can tell they really enjoyed drawing it. I didn't read the Legion at that time (or more honestly, my brother didn't so I couldn't sneak read when he was out ) so haven't seen it before. I like the thought of Brainy going bonkers, what a terrifying idea! Hmmm <scratches head> what a great idea for a fanfic <heh heh>

D'Angelo: Colorist Jack C. Harris: Editor Feel free to correct me if I'm remembering wrong but I believe that Steve Apollo was the pseudonym used by Jim Starlin.

Y'know, I know a guy who thinks the Coipel version of Brainiac 5 is one of the sexiest things in comics. Originally posted by Lightning Lad: (I too can drag up old threads. )
