As a symbol of the Legion's presence, the flight rings bear an important role in the whole mythology. So... which design do people prefer? The simple band with a flat-face, as seen in v5? Or the molded ring, as per the actual rings issued several years ago?

I'm also curious about why different artists choose the designs they do. Simplicity or ease of effort? Aesthetics?

Just curious...

I have the ring that was issued a few years ago but I need to have Brainy look at it..I cant seem to get off the ground anymore. ( this is not an opprotunity for fat jokes)

seriously I do enjoy my ring.

i like the "chunky" version that GIFFEN drew in the early 80's, i think we see a close up of one in the story "A Cold And Lonely Corner Of Hell" where SATURN GIRL is trying to signal the LSH, but the curcuits are frozen !!!

that version looked a little like those AMERICAN FOOTBALL rings [ didn't it ?? ]
