OK, I'm not sure what to make of the "doesn't mean you'll be seeing them" other than that they are members, but we won't see each member every issue.

Still, if we pick say, 25 characters, which ones would you like to see in Waids new version?

Not to be a nitpick...but there may only be 1 confirmed member so far:

This statement sounds to me like the 3 founders are important to the team and subsequently the stories, but not necessarily active members of the team.

This is what proper fans do they hope and they care for their heroes of course we think that Garth,Rokk and Imra will be active members

My caring and hopes for the characters has nothing to do with their membership status in the team. They can accomplish just as much outside the LSH as they can within. The flight ring does not make the lad (or lass) who he (or she) is.

Karate Kid retires from the field, but stays around as team trainer. He chooses Projectra as his replacement (and for other things...).

M'onel decides to wander for awhile, brings in Tellus.

Sensor leaves for 'integration therapy', followed by a stay on Orando. She sponsors Chlorophyll Kid.

8. Element Lad (I'll be mad at Waid if he doesn't bring Jan back, since there's nothing more drastic than a reboot anyway)
9. Kinetix (A great character, it'd be a shame if she didn't stay... especially to leave her the way DnA have!

11. Ultra Boy (even though his powers are redundant)
12. Invisible Kid
13. Supergirl/Kara-Zor El
14. XS
15. Umbra/Shady
16. Timber Wolf (keep the new look)
17. Triad (What can I say, I'm sentimental. Definately not vital to the type of team DnA were building, streamlined and full of powerhouses. But vital to mine.)
18. Violet (keep her with both powers, keep Gim dead)
19. Karate Kid (He can beat Daxamites)
Kid Quantum II (one of the things I liked about DnA's run)
20. Dreamer (and either kill Thom or send him to the 21st Century)
21. Superboy/Kal-El (Waid could if he wanted to! I'd accept Kon-El too.
22. Sensor ( think the powers are more interesting than the character, although keep the royal origin)
23. Shikari/Dawnstar (I just think her powers are important to the team)
24. Dirk Morgna (he's better than flame-casters... he's radioactive!)
25. Matter-Eater Lad (you know you want it!)

Honorable Mention:
Ferro (I like him, but his powers are kind of weak, and the continuity change might be messy with his 20th Century origins)
Gear (kind of interesting)
Thunder (I think it's somewhat cool to have a Captain Marvel family character in the LSH)
Wildfire (actually, I don't like him at all, I'm just mentioning him because I know it's a somewhat glaring oversight not to mention him. Am I the only one who doesn't like this character at all? The only cool thing about him is that Antimatter is cool.)

This would be a 3-issue arc or so, just long enough to geteveryone in a tizzy; the last few pages of the storyline would reveal that the Legion as a "movement" has grown to HUNDREDS of members and the LAST page of the arc would be a splash shot of the return of the "regular" Legionnaires from some mission.

I like Lash's idea, but I honestly have no idea how anyone will fit all those characters into a regular series. But it's a great dream...
