The GDS is one of the best Legion stories ever made...but have you thought of all the questions that have been unanswered and wondered what the answers would have been?

Such as:
1)who was that servant that got crushed in LSH Ann 1?

2)how/when did Darkseid get the material for his clones?

3)when did darkseid wear what he was wearing that Mon-EL burned off him in issue 292?

4)what actually happend to Apokopolis/Darkseid that had it disappear from its section of the universe to reappear in the 30th century as it?

5)why was Darkseid the only New God still kicking around?

6) why did darkness make the servants think shady was darkseid...i never seen him have powers of darkness in any new god isssue ...maybe i havent seen it i dont have any issues to speak of but in his post crisis appearances i dont recall him using that power.

those are mine how about you?

I myself don't want those answers; a good story should leave some things to imagination.

But here are 3 silly answers and 3 non/less silly:

1) Red Shirt Man, from the 23rd century Starfleet.
2) Acme, same place Wiley Coyote gets his supplies.
3) His debutante gown.
4) Serious answer for once: Levitz left it vague so as not to be tied to a single version of Darkseid's 'last battle' (since there's always another one every few years). Smart move on his part, leaving mystery rather than getting tied to a carpet likely to be pulled out from under him.
5) he probably cheated. and the good guys didn't.
6) it didn't fit 'continuity,' but it was a neat twist.

4) Possibly see Final Crisis
5) Could be what happened in Death of the New Gods.
