so we all know how super teams meet ups normally go,beating the crap out of one another for about three issues.

so in celebration of this, i got to ask what version of any legionnaire would kick the other 2 version butts.

i think reboot element lad could take the 3boot and pre-criss due to him being all mega powerful when we last left him

i think 3boot cosmic boy could take the other too simply because he has some really unresolved anger issues and stikes me as the type that just would not stop if he got into a fight like that, and the other two versons seam like they would know when to.

pre criss sensor could take both the snake and Paris Hilton

i think Saturn girl would end in a draw

brainiac 5 is a hard call, i want to say pre criss
do to that version being off the walk nuts sometimes and that can only help you in a fight, but 3boot brainy is sneakier and would not play fair in any fight.

I think that DNA version of Brainiac 5 will beat both of the B-5 due to his utilization and deft of his force field. Loved how DnA wrote him and his characteration!

sure wish to see all three Dream Girls fighting and I would love to see WnK version of Dream Girl beating them up.

WaK's version of Dream Girl was certainly the most powerful, with her Khundish training.

I think the preboot Saturn Girl was the most together, so she'll win by cool, collected wits.

The three Brainys would probably just drop out of the battle and collaborate on their own plan.

3boot Violet is more of a battler than the others (excluding 5YL Violet) - and she's got guns.

The same for 3boot Shadow Lass - better trained, experienced fighter.

It was DNA that gave Dreamer Khundish training. Though WaK's Dream Girl did have Naltorian commando training.

Umbra could hold her own or better, if the writers utilized her shadow ancestors that appeared in her shadow.

Original Shadow Lass has Mon-el- can't overlook that.

Atom Girl may have guns, but she also has a very exploitable weakness in her compulsion to make herself seem 'bigger'.

I dunno FC, post ZH Umbra was quite a battler too. And her darkfield (under DNA) packed way more of a punch than 3boot Tasmia's does.

I think the three Dream Girls wouldn't 'fight' so much as stare at each other for a long minute, and then two of them would concede to the third that she won.

I think that we could all agree that if all nine Luornu's were to wrestle in mud the real winner would be all of the fanboys.

If you pit whole Legion's against each other ,My money is on the Pre-Crisis version ,even if the reboot and threeboot ganged up on them they would still come out on top.

I tried to rip their soul out.I tried to make them forget Superman.
But they won't.

It was DnA's Dreamer I was thinking of (all these initials!) but I'd forgotten the Naltorian commando training - which could overpower the Khundish skills.

The ancestors and darkfield might well make it a draw for Umbra and Shady, although I never had a real good sense of how the ancestors were to be used - unfortunately IMO, that wasn't really developed. I thought of pre-boot Shady always having Mon-el to back her up, but on her own, I'd wager she is less powerful than her derivatives.

Outcome of any character's battle with his or her other versions could well depend on the setting - on land, or in space? One on one on one - or fighting with the rest of the team?

Off hand, my overall inclination would be to put money on the pre-crisis version, as well, at least for working as a team. Some individuals I find hard to distinguish - Chameleon Boy, Colossal Boy, Cosmic Boy... their powers and skills don't seem to have varied much from version to version.

PS I could not find the thread where they show the cover - where did it go?

DC Universe 2nd Print Variant Cover

If you look at the second print cover, you can see that the Action Legion has been replaced by the 3-boot Legion from his "Tri-Legion" piece above.

Shikari and 3Boot Dream girl would be a fight worth watching...

Umbra would kick 3Boot Shady's butt.

SAY..... whatever happened to Kitson version of Cosmic Boy? will he be making an appearance soon, alongside the Templar Knights? Who are the Templar Knights?

Speaking of Legion version, will we see the Legion from One Million?

Discuss!

would love to see all three Matter-Eater Lads getting together to discuss which career is the best - the chef? Lawyer? Politician? I would support Tenzil the Chef as he has the weapon to beat them all - Acid Spit! LOL. smile

Wouldn't Atom Girl realizing this make for a great scene?
