I've always been fond of the adaptation of Talus for use as an HQ. It was especially cool in that the made it a moon of the planet with the creepy tower from the Wanderers story. I always thought that would be interesting to follow up on...

Giffen's HQ. The floating one. loved it. To tell the truth I am hoping for a new one...by Barry...unique...in other words not a square metal box.

I'm probably in the minority, but I liked Legion World (the planet). I especially liked the idea that it hovered over the Earth, as if to protect it.
Now that HQ is gone, maybe the Legionnaires will be forced to live apart for a while. Remember when they lived with their parents or shared apartments? It might be interesting to see who shacks up with whom.

my favourite would be the one that appeared during the 70's and early 80's, and when it was drwan by KEITH GIFFEN !!
and with the curren one being destroyed in issue 10, i really hope we get a NEW design by BARRY, something a little more colourful/interesting more 'iconic' !!
Matthew.

It's a tie between the original "Super-Hero Clubhouse" and the one that immediately replaced it. I actually kinda liked the Fortress Lad story. Sure it was weird, but it was one of the first stories I remember reading to be a retro-weird Silver Age story.
The only character in all of literature who has been described as "badnass" while using the phrase "vile miscreant."

My favorite was the space station legion (first depicted in LSH #300 aniversary issue, and later as Space Station Allon which went thru the interdimensional rift). I thought it was always more logical to have an obvious target by bad guys somewhat removed the locals.

Yeah, I think that the Legion HQ should be in space, too, but I'd go with the Giffen one; the whole thing I mean, with the protruding wings or nacelles. In fact, I see nothing wrong with the idea of a mobile HQ that could fly to crisis spots when necessary.
Then again, I also like Barry's just-destroyed version of the Legion HQ, and will be interested in seeing what sort of replacement he devises in the months to come.
If the meek shall inherit inherit the Earth, then I at least want Baffin Island - and a property manager to work for me who is made of sterner stuff than I.

I keep having weird flashbacks to a Legion Exploration Station which would have made a super HQ much in the vein of the old JLA satellite, only trouble is, which issue of SUPERBOY was it in, coz i have drawn a blank...

The new HQ that was started in Adventure #367 and completed in the same issue by the Miracle Machine.
I also liked the 5 year gap asteriod HQ too.
