Another lucky comic fan, over on the official board, is checking out the LSH and asking about continuity. As usual, although regulars are doin there best to try an explain, every reply makes things a little more confusing than the last.

We've really got to find a way to simplify this.

I'll try first:

1959-1985 Pre-Crisis on Infinite Earths
1985-1994 Post-Crisis on Infinite Earths
1995-2004 Post-Zero Hour
2005 ---- Post-Infinite Crisis

That's probably not enough information. Anyone else care to try?

The simplest way is not to worry about continuity. Just understand that there have been reboots and start reading anywhere. You'll pick it up as you go along.
