I'd fear for what would happen if the Mess joined the Legion and became a Super Tot! Rather, I'd fear for the other Legion lads and lasses who would be trapped in a pin with him.

My experience is that all toddlers have the ability to spread germs and create messes. And cause calamities. And one in particular, mine as a matter of fact, has a pretty nasty sonic scream and occasional flashes of super-speed. She also thinks she has the ability to eat matter in all forms, despite evidence to the contrary.
