Apparently you misread the notification: Those applicants FAILED in their attempt to become Legionnaires. While they proved themselves worthy in all other aspects, they did not achieve the required nom de guerre.
It was to our distress that those you mentioned were somehow omitted from the list. That is what you get when you hire Computo as a secretarial service.

Dear Sir:
I have been retained by Calorie Queen, Comet Queen, & Princess Projectra in regards to their rejection from your organization. We argue that the appellation of "queen" and "princess" are of sufficient gender identification to be synonymous with "lass" and/or "girl". We request that you reconsider the requested membership of these applicants.
Kindly also send me a copy of your by-laws and/or constitution. I was under the impression that a sentient being had only to claim membership and agree to follow the precepts of the Legion of Superheroes in order to be a member.

I guess "5" and "leon" are the equivalent of "Lad" in Coluan and Durlan, respectfully.

Yeah royal names are Legion tradition, so Cal And Comet Queen are in. And of course the Princess is there already. As for the rest... I don't think Quislet's race had genders-- so he's in ala Chameleon.
