Yeah, thanks for clearing that up Barry. One of the main problems that I would've had with changing Tasmia's skin color is that we've sen Lydea Mallor and other Talokians in the 20/21st Century, so it would have to be explained. Plus obviously it looks good, especially in a group shot.

Barry's really outdone himself this time. Looking forward to seeing the cover with true colors. I'm still smarting from the loss of Umbra but Pale Shadow Lass *almost* looks tough enough to qualify as her successor.
I'm fascinated by Duck Boy and his dino pet, and the baddie (he MUST be a villain) with the crater eye. I hope the book reads as good as it looks.
I'm disappointed to see Saturn Girl back in bubble-gum pink. I prefer her in red sans ponytail and cape. What is it about her that grabs Cham's attention? I dunno, but that hussy better not be having shameless thoughts about the reimagined Star Boy. He's mine!

You know, RJ is one of the things there has been no mention of. Would having grandad around not hamper the kids in this new set-up?
Be interesting to see if he's still linked to the origin (maybe he sees his lost youth and wants to fund their club?)

Hi Guys - I'll side-step the speculation as always - just wanted to post these b&W versions of the covers, as promised!

Great! Thanks. Those are so much easier for us to see details than those solicitation scans. You're too good to us Barry. We love it, don't stop.

Barry, if that is really what you would like for you Avatar I can fix it up for you. Just let me know.
And THANKS for the B&Ws of the covers. I love being able to see the detail before color is added and these are great!

Not too hard at all Barry. I've added it to your profile. And in the future if you want to change, just click on the My Profile link at the top of the page and then the Edit Profile link on the resulting page. About halfway down you'll see the Avatar and the option to change it. I will warn you, though, we have a lot of Legion related Avatars. You could lose a day paging through them all.

Thanks LL - Two small questions 1 - How come it now says 'substitue' instead of 'advisor' under the avatar? 2 - Is it possible to create a new Avatar for myself? I feel like I really should make the effort

The change from Advisor to Substitute just means you've had more posts. The status name changes with the number of posts so you can work your way through Substitute, Legionnaire, Leader all the way up to Time Trapper. You can also modify it in the same area as your Avatar to something of your own chosing.
As for the Avatar you can send me anything you want to use and we'll make an Avatar out of it for you. We generally keep them to 60x60 pixels in size and around 3KB so you may want to keep that in mind when creating one. When you have it ready to e-mail it to me or post it here like you did the covers.
