Sir Tim Drake Active S Joined: Feb 2005 Posts: 559 Providence, RI	So I just finished reading LSH vol. 2 #259, in which the villain defeats about eight Legionnaires with an "optic detonator," whose purpose is to "paralyze your optic nerves." One of the Legionnaires in this group is Wildfire, who has no corporeal body, and therefore no optic nerves. And yet the optic detonator affects him. How does this work exactly? DrakeB3004 Wanderer Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 9,173 New York, NY	the artificial visual receptors of his visor mirror the functions of his optic nerves, allowing him to view the same visual spectrum that he was accustomed to as a human. His "brain" or anti-enregy synaptic functions retained the same basic fuctionality thus making him succeptable to the same visual overload as a normal human. Or um, something like that...
