I've had to organize my collection many, many times, including right now. Well, it's not as bad now as it has been in the past.
rhino, did you just LOVE Adam Hughes' version of Zoe (on #50)?

I had a joke about LeViathan and knee deep, but I'm trying to reform.
all my multiple issues are accidents. Either I pick up something at a store I thought I didn't have and actually do, or, I buy some small collection and wind up with a duplicate or two of what I have to cover what I didn't have.
Damn you, you kids! Get off my lawn or I'm callin' tha cops!

I have a checklist on my blackberry but I still buy multiples, mostly at quarter bins, but still takes up space

Jerry...you....BASS TURD!!! I had to watch that damn show as a kid when we were at my grandmothers. Only good thing about it were the flimsy dresses the women wore. I hated that show with a passion, only one worse was the porter wagner show. You are viscious, cruel, wicked and evil. I can respect that.

I on the other hand thought of perhaps the polar opposite of Lawrence Welk, Funkadelic and "(Not just) Knee Deep".
By the way, Porter Waggoner's show was fun, esp. the young Dolly Parton. It was not as good or diverse as Johnny Cash's show, but there have been far too few variety shows as musically diverse as Cash's.
So what.

I grew up in sad sack heaven. Country music was all about the cliche's and I was worn out on them by the time I was 9. By the time i heard D I V O R C E the 314 time, I not only wanted him to go but to run over her with the truck as well.
George no show Jones made me wanna blow my brains out at 10 years old.
The losers that they sang about then were the people all around me in the community. And all I could think was "stop doing stupid $#!+ and your life would be better.
Took me decades to come back to country music.

Sorry, Rick. The clip was the first thing that popped into my head when I saw the title of this thread. Welk and Company were never shy about going for the easy hook.

Hey, considering the show, the boobs and butts where the ONLY thing that was an attraction. Rather bland attractors, even for then, but still.
And its cool, just havin' a little fun with you. It actually did bring back a few memories of my grandmother, and that was infinitely worth it. She was easily one of the top four people in my life growing up.
