If there's one thing the Legion needs now, it's someone who can sort out bureaucratic red tape. But it's too bad M'rissey wasn't on the team when Superboy was expelled for tax reasons. He probably could have found a creative solution to that. What other Legion stories would have played out differently if Logistics Lad had been a Legionnaire? Brainy could probably do many of the same things M'rissey could, but Brainy would be much more reluctant to waste his time on such matters. Also, M'rissey is probably far more polite and diplomatic.
