Slapping, slugging, punching, hitting... even Legionnaires aren't above smacking the crap out of each other in times of great stress! How many examples of this can we list?

There's the infamous S/LSH # 215, where Cosmic Boy slapped the hell out of Light Lass when she laughed at his new Mike Grell bustier costume.

And, of course, Adventure # 351, where Invisible Kid punched the crap out of Ultra Boy for daring to defy his orders!

Why, even the current Legion isn't above hurting each other!

After all, last month we were witness to Shadow Lass punching Dream Girl into unconsciousness! Granted, Dreamy asked for it- literally.

Wildfire and Superboy fought in #225, if memory serves.

A couple issues before that, everyone fought Tyroc, as a ploy. Troy was faking being a bad guy.

Gim clocked Jan over the Vi/Yera revelation in 305.

Wildfire zapped Chuck's @$$ an issue or two before that, I think.

Rokk went and cut out Vi's eye ... (he claims he was all "shell shocked" or something ... yeah, right )

I recall a Reboot Gim-Thom sparring match that took out a wall in the Legion HQ and earned Thom the ire of Cosmic Boy... Grrrr - that Gim!

Saturn Girl and Projectra fight hard in The Taurus Gang Saga.

Live Wire zapped Chameleon and Ultra Boy in Legion Lost 12, and then he proceeded to off crazy ol' Element Lad (who had recently killed Monstress.) Monstress and Umbra beat on each other earlier in Legion Lost too, though I don't remember the issue number.

That would be issue 7. Monstress pimpslapped Umbra, who retaliated with a boot to M's throat. One heck of a catfight, there.

Speaking of the dark beeyotch, Umbra kicked Ultra Boy's ultra-butt when the latter tried to drag her back to the ship.

"The hand, Ultra Boy. REMOVE IT."

Blaow!

More recently, Ultra Boy slammed Micro Lad thru a wall.

Cosmic Boy magnetically shoved Saturn Girl and others out of his office in the beginnings of the Chu sting.

Saturn Girl psychically mind-slapped Brainy a time or two in the Team 20 story arc.

Sometimes we're hurt by the ones we love...

And what of the Civil War of the Legion? Has so much time past that we've forgotten when the Legionnaire tooks sides between Kryptonians and Atlanteans on ancient Earth? Lots of battles in that one!

Mon-El backhanded Superboy in S/LSH 225.

Saturn Girl psychically slapped Lyle when arguing about the progeny.

Lots of Legionnaire on Legionnaire violence in Adventure #375 "The King of the Legion" when they all squared off to determine who was the best by hunting down the wayward Wanderers.

Garth nearly killed Rokk with a blast in pre-boot Legionnaires (somewhere around #10 I think)

Lu-on-Lu violence, eeeek!

T-Wolf tagged Light Lass during a battle against Grimbor & Charma

Karate Kid and Superboy mixed it up during KK's initial Legion tryout

All different Legionnaires were whacking on each other during the "Greatest Legionnaire" contest (with the Wanderers).

It happened! Early in Grell's run, in "Who Will Save the Princess?"


Ultra Boy mopped up the floor with Superboy in S/LSH #205, and Insect Queen got even by stinging U Boy in the same story.

Then there was the whole girl on boy rumble in Adv. 368.

Lyle hit Condo in the flashback issue right before The Magic Wars, ofcourse Condo was breaking into the clubhouse and wasn't a member yet. Does that count?

Seeing as how we're bringing up events from wiped-out timelines, I don't see why that little temporal technicality should matter! Expose the domestically abusive nature of Legionnaires!

The Threeboot had the big interteam rumble (Ultra Boy, Shadow Lass, Karate Kid and Brainiac Five vs. uh, pretty much everybody else...) as well as Projectra's attack on Tinya.
