So, the beauty of All-Star Superman, which is of course the best title DC is publishing at the moment, is that Morrison is giving us issues focused on each element of the Superman lore. We've had the Lois Lane issue, the Jimmy Olsen issue, the Lext Luthor issue, next up is the Smallville issue, etc.
So, assuming the All-Star Legion follows a similar pattern, what are the elements of the lore that should be focused on?
The Founders issue? The Girl Legionnaires issue? The Subs issue? The Super-Pets issue?

The Alternate Future/Adult Legion Issue.
Death/Ressurection Issue.
I got an All-Star Legion of Superheroes by Frank Miller and Jim Lee as well.
Saturn Girl stands at lectern looking disinterested as she smokes cigarettes dressed as a hussy flanked by Cosmic Boy and Lightning Lad both sneering.
"We reject you Superboy because we're the G*D!@#* FOUNDERS and you're not."

No issue-long ideas, but somewhere in there I'd like to see:
-A scene where Legionnaires mercilessly ridicule a rejected applicant or two. One rejectee goes on to accrue fan devotion for decades, while the other joins the LSV.
-A love-at-first-sight (preferably when a teammate or just-met hero is suddenly suspected of being a villain) sequence.
-Legionnaires salute a flag, take oaths and fly in formation... maybe take part in a parade or two.
OK- I thought of an issue... the Friendship Issue- where we discover that Legionnaires can actually befriend each other.
And another one-- the LSH suspect that Brainy's lost his mind, but it turns out that he's the only sane one left! And the Fatal Five are on the LSH HQ's doorstep!
OK- a third! A one-issue, self-contained honest-to-God MISSION that's planned, executed and completed after encountering a few twists and turns!

With the All-Star Batman and All-Star Superman and now I ask, should there be an All-Star Legion? How would it look rendered by Jim Lee and Frank Miller?

Very much like All Star Superman. I don't even want to think about Frank Miller writing it. Grant Morrison all the way. See things like Big City and Phantom Girl's origin would work in that book...not this one.
Jim Lee? He's a bit serious/dramatic for the Morrison silliness. But he can always tone it down to make it fun. I like the silliness in Morrison's All Star Superman cause it's out of continuity and he's really good at it. You know it's only a matter of time before the Legion shows up in that book anyhow.
