That seems harsh. Not many people say they want to grow up to be in the souls and tears department. Perhaps Neron gets home and cries over his pineapple cream pie, wishing he were somewhere else.
Another of my co-workers is leaving. Not many of us left, so they probably have realised something I've not.

I agree with the colder weather I'm looking forward to some fall/winter dishes as well.
There is a really good chili recipe that I use with leftover smoked brisket & I can't wait to make both!

The other fall/winter dish I keep thinking of now is loaded baked potatoes: with a nice cheese sauce, frizzled onions, and broccoli.
I never did get to the grocery store this week, though I did work on a list.

We do that almost once a week. Sometimes I'll do a western loaded potato with leftover taco meat, cheddar cheese, salsa and sour cream.

for us, we've shifted to sweet potatoes. make great fries, baked in an oven
and of course pumpkin soup
