Comixology will undoubtedly have some nice sales on for the coming week.
So, if you could recommend a title or storyline for someone (me, but could be anyone) to pick up, what would it be?
I'll keep my eyes open for it/them?

Fantastic Four, the Negative Zone Saga-slash-Avengers teamup. By John Byrne with some help from Roger Stern and Joe Sinnott. Can't remember the exact issues, sorry. Also FF, Man and Superman (FF 249-250?) Byrne homaged his own cover to 249(?) during the Legion/Superman crossover.
EDIT: Avengers 233. Still can't remember the FF issues.

Lovely. Thanks Fickles. I know they have loads of Marvel Epic collections for much cheapness. The only FF I've read were crossovers from one of the Secret Wars, reprintted in a UK weekly along with the main story. And the first couple of Masterworks, picked up in a similar sale a year or so back.
I shall look those out.

You're very welcome, Thoth. Looking forward to your thoughts on those stories.

thoth, I'd be curious to know some runs/titles you haven't read, so I won't recommend stuff you already have.

Most thing Marvel, with exception of some events, Avengers and early Masterworks are fair game. Oh, Ill have read Alpha Flight, X-Men and Moore/ Davis things.
I've not read much DC from recent years, other than Legion.
Indies are pot luck, but there will be loads I've not read.

I have not. Thanks Paladin. I know the name, but couldn't tell you the first thing about it. I shall look for it.
