Gaseous Lad Legionnaire! G Joined: Sep 2005 Posts: 3,396 Maryland	The first three episodes of Titans S3 dropped on HBO Max this week. I?ll write more later, but this is to establish the thread. I will say that the feel of the show has definitely returned to the crisper storytelling from Season 1 after the disaster of S2. A lot of good story beats, and we even get to see Krypto save the day in one scene. Connor is featured too, but he?s definitely a side character, at least in the early part of the show so far. It was slow, stiff, and while the actors and actresses were fine, it was all kinda....bland. Did it get better? Damn you, you kids! Get off my lawn or I'm callin' tha cops! Something pithy!

I buckled in for the haul, and just have to wonder why DC is strapped for writing talent. Or possible good editors & showrunners who are able to nurture their writing staff.
