This thread is dedicated to rants and pleas of disdain regarding the consistently late and scheduling and re-scheduling of this decade's run of a Legion comic.

I'll start off with the latest .....
It seems we have to wait another week to get our hands on #6 ... June 10th now instead of the previously advertised June 3rd. Someone please tell me why with all the delays brought on by the Pandemic shut downs which you would think gave the creators LOTS of ample time to put this issue out on time, we still have to wait for DC to get their sh..tuff together when it comes to the Legion.

I talked about this on Super-Bloggers, but I don't dislike this book because it's a new Legion or not MY Legion. I dislike it because it's not an interesting comic or well written. The art's nice, but nothing's happened to make me actually CARE about what's happening. Maybe the next issue about the newbies will change my mind, but I'm standing by my original belief:

Another continuity reboot was a mistake, and younger readers deserve better than this.

dude, are you seriously concluding that because of DELAYS, we should get the issues SOONER? (or are you maybe just being ironic? )

I mean even IF the artists or writers have more time on their hands (which makes no sense anyway, this was thier job already!), they still have to contend like the rest of us with battling to get groceries, not geting to eat out, and until recently, possiby having their kids home from school while having to help them take online classes. NOT TO MENTION that the delays are probably out of teh creators' hands.. while THEY can work form home, those in the production facilities (where issues are physically printed!) can't, and also deliveries are delayed by an over-taxed delivery landscape with everyone ordering everything online.

Sure, I would like my comics sooner, but I wouldn't want anyone to risk thier lives to make it happen.

On the contrary, I think it is the best version since the original pre-zero-hour (and the run before this one harkening back to that, excluding the horrible conclusion!), athough maybe the first half of post-zero hour is comparable aslo.

there are a few major flaws here and there, but overall, I like its spirit of trying to escape all the old sci-fi tropes that are indeed "out-dated" given what we now know about the direction technology is headed...

I ALSO like that they appear to be committed to keeping track of most of the team... AND that they went out of their way to include almost all the original "classic' members, albeit it with many of them reimagined..
