Vi, still possessed by the Emerald Eye then, did use the Eye to create a weak spot in the barrier. but someone else detected it and pierced through it.

KK has it! it was Particon! despite not having magic-based powers, Particon did have energy-based powers -- which allowed her to find the weak spot in the magical energy dome that Vi had planted!

When Superman is bouncing around through time he encounters legionnaires in three different time periods. He meets two of them in two time periods but only meets one legionnaire in all three time periods.
Which legionnaire did he meet all three times?
