Would you pronounce it "VOX", "VOZeV" or something else completely?

Maybe the letterer got it wrong and it was supposed to be Vox V, or Vox the Fifth?

Vocks-veh

Although the notion that the letterer smooshed it and it was supposed to be Vox V is amusing. smile

I like the idea of it being Vox V.

However, I've always pronounced it Vox-ev.

Voxey to rhyme with Foxy!

Like Malvolio, I thought it was supposed to be the fifth too.

Tee hee with Dave.

One thing I noticed re-reading certain Pre-Reboot Legion stories set on Orando is that the names of male Orandan characters ended in "x": Projectra's cousin Pharoxx, son of Hythaxx (LSH #286) and Dirrax, a regent mentioned in LSH #26. I wonder if King Voxv was intended to be "Voxx," but somehow got changed to "Voxv." I don't know if he was addressed by name in his first appearance or simply called "the King"/"Your Highness/Majesty." At any rate, thanks for the responses.

Seems to be a trend on Colu, as well.

There's the Dox family (Querl, Vril, Lyrl, Kajz, etc.), the Nux family (Sharn), and the Fex family (Orin), among others. And I just looked up on DCwikia and found out that Questor's real name is Xart Prax, so double X-y goodness!

I never thought of this, but it makes a lot of sense.
