Here it is! The recipe doesn't tell you, but the garlic sort of "cures" in the mixture after it's made, so this is actually tastier after it sits a couple of days in the fridge. If you can wait that long.  Also, I find it too rich when it has more than the original listed 3 T of oil, so if it needs to be a bit thinner, I just add a teaspoon or two of water and mix well.

Thanks, Everyone!! That 2021 entry is a sad reminder that I've hardly cooked anything more complicated this year than toast and popcorn... so far. I should really do something about that. Headed out in a bit to our favorite Dim Sum place. Then maybe we'll hit a yard sale or two, and then I'll get back to trying to *finally* complete the first collage of June.  It's great to have you for my friends. Hum Bao and Shumai and heaps of delicious Singapore-style noodles for all!! (Plus floods of hot tea, of course!) mr_cleome says it's on him!!
